When you visit our website

When you create an account or place an order (webshop)

4. Where and how we store and share your data

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our website and webshop. We do not sell your personal data.

  • CRM and marketing platform (HubSpot) — manages customer relationships, website forms, and marketing communications such as newsletters and campaign emails.
  • Webshop platform (Shopware) — hosts your account, order, and purchase data.
  • LinkedIn — supports marketing and campaign measurement, where used.
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics) — helps us understand how our website is used.
  • Logistics and shipping providers — order fulfilment is managed via SAP; shipment and delivery information is shared with selected forwarders/couriers, which may vary by country and product range.
  • SAP (HANA Private Cloud) — serves as the ERP system for certain AnalytiChem group entities and is used to manage company, customer, order, and transaction data. The system is operated by AnalytiChem and hosted on private cloud infrastructure located in Germany. Personal data processed through SAP is used to support business operations, order fulfilment, financial administration, and customer relationship management.

Your order and contact data flows from our website into HubSpot and, where relevant, into our internal systems (e.g. ERP) to process your order and maintain your customer record.
